1. The spirit of this policy
Vantivelo exists so people can work through real, messy, personal relationship situations. That means difficult subjects are welcome here: conflict, betrayal, resentment, attraction, sex, breakups, reconciliation, family pressure, and decisions you're ashamed of. Being honest about a hard situation is exactly what the platform is for, and nothing in this policy is meant to discourage it.
What this policy addresses is a much narrower set of behaviour: using Vantivelo to harm people, to break the law, or to attack the platform itself.
2. What you must not do
Don't use Vantivelo to:
- break the law, or plan, assist, or conceal unlawful activity;
- harass, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or coerce anyone, or plan how to do so;
- exploit, endanger, or sexualise a child, in any way;
- plan or facilitate violence, abuse, or harm to another person;
- impersonate someone maliciously, or misrepresent who you are in order to deceive us or others;
- obtain guidance for manipulating, controlling, isolating, monitoring, or surveilling another person against their interests;
- harvest, expose, or misuse another person's private information; or
- produce material intended to defame, blackmail, or extort someone.
3. What you may upload
You can attach screenshots, documents, photos, audio, video, and voice recordings when they help explain your situation. The rule is simple: only upload material you have the legal right to provide.
Specifically, don't upload:
- recordings you made in breach of the recording or wiretap laws that apply to you;
- communications, files, or accounts you accessed without permission;
- intimate images of anyone shared without their consent;
- another person's medical, financial, identity, or other sensitive records that you have no right to hold or share;
- material that infringes someone's copyright or other rights; or
- malware, or files designed to disrupt or compromise systems.
Recording, consent, and privacy laws differ significantly between countries, states, and provinces. We can't tell you what applies where you are — it's your responsibility to comply with the law that governs you. If you aren't sure whether you're allowed to share something, describe the situation in your own words instead of uploading the material.
4. Don't attack or abuse the platform
Don't:
- attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours;
- probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or interfere with its operation;
- attempt to bypass usage limits, entitlement checks, payment, or access controls;
- share, resell, or provide access to your account, or use one account for multiple people;
- scrape, mine, or bulk-extract content from the Service, or use bots and automated tooling against it;
- reverse engineer the Service, or attempt to extract its underlying prompts, models, or methodology;
- use the Service to build or train a competing product; or
- resell or republish Vantivelo outputs as your own product or service.
5. Don't abuse the automated systems
Vantivelo's guidance is generated by automated systems with real processing costs. Don't attempt to manipulate them into producing prohibited content, generate volume you don't actually need in order to exhaust capacity, submit content unrelated to your own relationship situation, or use the platform as a general-purpose AI tool. Fair, personal use is what every plan is priced for.
6. Keep your account honest
Give us accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and tell us at support@vantivelo.com if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You're responsible for activity under it.
7. What happens if this policy is broken
We'd rather resolve a problem than close an account, and minor or accidental issues are usually handled with a conversation. Depending on severity, we may remove content, restrict a feature, suspend access, or terminate the account. Conduct that endangers a person — particularly anything involving a child, credible threats, or violence — results in immediate termination and, where appropriate, a report to the relevant authorities.
Termination for a serious breach does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, except where the law requires one. See the Refund Policy.
8. Reporting a problem
If you believe someone is misusing Vantivelo, or that material about you has been uploaded without your permission, email support@vantivelo.com. Include enough detail for us to look into it. Reports involving safety are prioritised.
9. Part of the Terms
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service, and we may update it as new issues arise.
