The quality comes from context, not from a template. Your guidance is built from what you wrote in your assessment, what you've said in Coach conversations, what you uploaded, your Strategy Roadmap and Homework, and the structured notes the platform keeps about your patterns, goals, and preferences. That's why it can notice change over time and stay consistent across sessions — and why it gets more useful the more honestly you engage with it.

Vantivelo Coach is a feature of the software. It is not a person, it is not supervised by a clinician reviewing your individual case, and it does not create a professional or clinical relationship. Membership buys access to platform functionality, not human coaching time.

Automated systems are useful and imperfect. Treat what you receive as a well-informed perspective to think with, not as a verdict. Specifically:

• It can be confidently wrong. An interpretation can read as certain while resting on a misunderstanding.
• It only knows your side. Vantivelo hears your account of a situation, not the other person's.
• It can misread uploads. Transcription and image analysis can mishear words, miss context, or misattribute who said what.
• It can miss nuance that matters — culture, history, neurodivergence, disability, faith, or circumstances you haven't mentioned.
