The basics
What is Vantivelo?
Vantivelo is a relationship intelligence platform. You complete a free Dating & Relationship Assessment, receive a personalized analysis of your situation, and can then unlock a Personalized Strategy Roadmap — a practical action plan. An optional membership adds ongoing guidance through your Coach, Homework, and Progress tracking.
Is this therapy?
No. Vantivelo is not therapy, not a clinical service, and not a substitute for professional mental-health care. It does not diagnose or treat anything. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Is there a human coach?
No. Vantivelo Coach is a software feature of the platform, not a human coaching service. It produces personalized guidance from your assessment, your Strategy Roadmap, and your history on the platform — but it is not a person, and it can be wrong.
Does my partner or date need to participate?
No. Vantivelo works entirely from what you share. The other person never has to use the platform or know about it. It also works if you're single, dating, in a situationship, married, separated, or recovering from a breakup.
How is Vantivelo different from a general AI chatbot?
A general chatbot answers the message in front of it and knows nothing about the last six months of your life. Vantivelo is built so relevant context accumulates: your assessment and analysis, your Strategy Roadmap, your Coach conversations, what you upload, your Homework, and your Progress are all available when guidance is written. Answers are grounded in the context you've shared rather than in general relationship advice.
Does it get more personalized the longer I use it?
That's the design. As more of your situation is recorded — conversations, Homework responses, and progress over weeks and months — guidance can be informed by patterns rather than a single moment. It can weigh an isolated event against something recurring, and separate what you observed from how you read it at the time. Vantivelo only works from the context available to it, so it is never a substitute for your own judgment, and it can be wrong.
Assessment & Strategy Roadmap
Is the assessment free?
Yes. The Dating & Relationship Assessment and the personalized analysis you receive from it are free. The assessment takes about 6 minutes, and you can answer in writing or by voice.
What is the Personalized Strategy Roadmap?
It's the plan built from your assessment: a prioritized action plan, first 30-day milestones, and recommendations specific to your situation. You get an interactive version in your dashboard plus a downloadable PDF.
Is the $39 Roadmap a subscription?
No. The Strategy Roadmap is $39 one-time. Instant access. No subscription. Yours forever — regenerate your Strategy Roadmap anytime your situation changes with a new assessment report, at no additional cost.
Can I create another Roadmap later?
Yes. When your situation changes, complete a new assessment and Vantivelo produces a new analysis with its own new Strategy Roadmap, at no additional Roadmap charge. Each assessment keeps its own Roadmap, and earlier Roadmaps stay in your history.
Membership
What does membership include?
Membership is how you follow and adapt your plan over time: guided Coach conversations that remember your history, personalized Homework, Progress tracking, and selective check-ins. Growth is $29/month with 1 new Coach submission per day (rollover up to 10), Momentum is $59/month with 3 per day (rollover up to 30), and Transformation is $99/month with 10 per day (rollover up to 100). Membership does not include the Strategy Roadmap — it builds on it.
What can I share with the Coach?
Text, images, documents, uploaded audio, in-app voice recordings, and video. Audio length and upload limits scale by tier: 10 minutes on Growth, 30 minutes on Momentum, and 60 minutes on Transformation.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes — membership is month-to-month and you can cancel from your account settings. Final billing, refund, and cancellation terms will be published in the Vantivelo Terms before payments go live.
What happens to my Roadmaps if I cancel?
Your Strategy Roadmaps are yours permanently. Cancelling a membership ends ongoing Coach guidance and new Homework, but you keep access to every Roadmap you've generated and your existing history remains readable.
Privacy
How is my information handled?
What you share is private and used to build your analysis, your strategy, and your ongoing guidance. It is not sold. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from your account settings, and the full Privacy Policy details how information is stored and processed.
Do I need an account to start?
No. You can take the assessment and read your personalized analysis without an account. Creating a free account saves your assessment, keeps your history, and is required to purchase a Strategy Roadmap or start a membership.
